01

Empowering Partners with a Capacity-Building Toolkit

We equip our partners with a dynamic toolkit built from real-world experience and rigorous research. Through personalized technical assistance guided by this toolkit, we help our partners build capacity and transform their strategic vision into reality. Our proven approaches help partners sharpen their market strategies and connect more effectively with K-12 district leaders, ultimately driving smarter, more evidence-based decisions.

02

Generating Insights as a Research Hub

By studying how district leaders make purchasing decisions, we continuously uncover the key factors that drive or hinder effective procurement. We transform these insights into an evidence uptake framework that help our partners amplify their impact and create lasting change in K-12 education.

About Us

We help K-12 market actors through both strategic, long-term support and short-term tactical assistance. Using a comprehensive capacity-building toolkit developed from extensive research, the Studio provides tailored technical assistance to refine go-to-market strategies, enhance value propositions, and build lasting internal capabilities. Acting as a research hub, the Studio gathers insights from district buyers and applies the evidence uptake framework to inform strategies and overcome procurement barriers. Through targeted behavioral experiments, user flow analyses, interventions, and collaboration within studio cohorts of partners, we achieve immediate results while building sustainable practices that amplify quality signals and evidence-based decision-making across the education ecosystem.
